Lingonberry Mead Recipe with Lingonberry Concentrate from Ikea. A viewer sent us this concentrate of Lingonberry and we knew we wanted to make a mead with it. At first we thought it was just juice, then we read the package… so, long story short, we made Ikea Mead or Honey wine with Lingonberry juice.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Wild Flower Honey: Bevy’s Bees bevyshoneybees@gmail.com
16.7 oz Lingonberry Concentrate:
1/2 Lemon Peel
1 Packet Red Star Premier Classique Wine Yeast:
1 Cup Black Tea
5 grams Heather Tips (steeped in the tea)
2 grams Fermaid O:

8 oz Lingonberry Concentrate
French Oak Plus Char:
