This duplex was designed and built for a Melbourne based client. With the help of their Gold Coast family members to oversee the build, we were able to achieve the client’s vision for a Hampton’s inspired, detached duplex in the highly sought after suburb of Burleigh Heads.
Due to the nearby parkland a warm, natural colour palette was used, which has become a lovable feature of the homes.
Each duplex has a unique design, which includes an open plan living area, alfresco dining area, Hamptons style stair case, timber-look vinyl plank flooring, spacious bedrooms and French windows.
The interior wall colour used was Dulux Brume Half, a soft grey that makes the homes feel extremely welcoming and calming.
Unit 2 also has a retreat room and a beautiful bay window in the dining area for a future bench seat.
