Today is my cooking day. I have several cooking projects going this morning so I can free up time the rest of the weekend. The beauty of cooking a lot in one morning is you have time to do other things for a couple of days. I am canning blueberries with honey, and then canned whole figs, making carrot salad, sweet potato dessert, a roast, fig preserves, okra, and stuffed peppers. PLUS a peak at the dining room.
