Thanks for watching Its Only Food w/Chef John Politte. In this video we are showing you how to make Outback Bloom Sauce. Here is the recipe.
• ½ cup mayo
• 2 Tablespoon horseradish sauce
• 1 Tablespoon ketchup
• 1/3 teaspoon paprika
• 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
Stir together all the ingredients. Chill. Serve with French fries or onion rins or use as a spread for burgers or chicken.
