In this episode we finish the visit in Saint Emilion then we head of to Chateau Haut-Goujon in Montage Saint Emilion to meet Valérie & Michael a passionate couple that above all want to make excellent wine that respects nature and has a good impact on its environment .
This family owned and run winery / chateau has been in the family for 4 generations !
Not only does this couple work really hard but they stand out with new pioneering techniques and superb wines !
