13 grams of coffee, what was the total ouput?
I actually just sold my S5. It just doesn't get coarse enough for me. I felt really limited with the range.
Check out Norwegian "kokekaffe". Coarse ground and boiling water in a kettle. The good old way brewing coffee in the cold on a fire outdoors.

I've been enjoying medium dark to dark roast in my Cafe deep 27 for a couple years. I watched some videos about Vietnamese coffee history and had to try some. So I ordered a phin and gave it a try. Delicious! Loved it! 😊☕
For pour overs, lately, I've been getting better results with lower brewing temps (85 C / 185 F). For both light and dark roasts. I just play with the grind size.
