Yeah, there's too much pink, TBH, though it actually works and the overall look of the interior is very cohesive. Some of the items, eg sofa and painting in dining room, are too pink though.

Although the furniture and décor is over the top and ostentatious, it can be easily removed. I love this house. It has so much character.

For $46 mill, they really should've gone with more neutral colors. Almost no one is gonna stick with that much pink.
The pink was cool and unique at first, but then I think they over did it. I would have to change most of those bedrooms.

I feel like both entrance and formal sitting room are just too cluttered. I don't mind pink or more ornate decor. It goes well architecture. But it's just way too much clutter for such an small space. And my second issue would be that the entrance and room after are too small for proper wow factor. Those chandeliers are also massive and really low. It doesn't work.
It actually doesn't feel like formal sitting/reception room, It tries to be living room but it's not and it's not good place for one. There's no tv, bar or anything but there's tons of couches and sofas. I feel like it should have bit more formal limited sitting. So that it actually would follow the design and just make the space look bigger.
I think it should pretty much have ornate old time sofa on right wall, maybe individual chairs or two on sides but remove everything else. Leave piano, keep art and maybe add podiums with sculptures on sides. This also mean you get straight look and access to backyard.
I actually liked the rest. Entrance was overall just horrible mess.
You said if we don't like the colors, that's on us — you don't care. Nope. I thought it was busy, and beautiful, busy is my entire personality.
But getting to see this gloriously overproduced Disney production? Absolutely fascinating. What a wildly creative world. And the luxury just pours out of every corner.
Still, the thing that makes it is how you present it. Thank you — that was a delight to watch.
And if I loved one thing, it was the blue room. And yes, I'm a woman.

The house is good, one just needs to replace some furniture and get rid of wall papers and you are good to go.
Hands down the most beautiful kitchen have ever seen on a home
outside really tasteful and pretty. But inside… where to start.. The partially cheap furniture the horrendous and way too busy wallpaper and the pink sofas and 20$ poster above the fire place. It's a mess. It has to be complety redone. Inside and outside don't match whatsoever. Also kitchen and bathrooms look dated, thats far below ultra luxury. Wouldn't even say it's luxury, it's just dated. My late grandmother would have loved the interior…
Total gut job minus a few finishings ,
crazy for me living in South America to see the flimsy gate at the beach lol. The style is extravagant but it works – generally these Florida houses look tacky, but here this works, its well done imo

My husband and I watch every one of your videos but almost passed this one by, but so glad we didn’t. Wow! So not either of our styles but funny enough, we both love it and would live there. I believe this is a woman’s home. No men live there. I’d love to know who it belongs to. She’s a super creative soul.
