I bumped into Nichole online by mistake … boy am I glad I did, been a fan ever since!
For a very easy topping on the eclair cake, I use chocolate fudge pudding (instant) and make it thick with 1 cup milk (a bit more sometimes till I get a very thick but spreadable pudding). That is what I use on top in place of the ganache. Super easy and SO delicious!!!
She likes things the way I like them. I love extra pepper and my chicken and dumpling soup or one time. Yes, I love pepper. I guess we must be similar of age. A lot of foods that you bring about and talk about are things I ate.As a kid as well

Tried a lot of store bought meatballs, always disappointed…even Costco….so reverted back to making my own. I also makw pork meatball fot an asian dish. If you found good ones, let me know..
The French Onion Mac and cheese is brilliant and more nutritious than you think. Pasta is 12 grams of protein per 100 grams of pasta while cheese is 25 grams of protein per 100 grams of cheese and milk is 8 grams of protein per cup

Lemme put you on to the laziest dumplings- flour tortillas!!! Cut into 8 pieces (half, and then 4 pieces) add to your chicken dumplings broth, stir to separate, simmer. They "fluff up" and are delicious

If you're using ground beef for your lasagna, try adding fennel seeds while cooking the beef. It'll give it that Italian sausage flavor. My family loves it.
