Drank bottle over lunch yesterday in London at Noble Rot Lamb’s Conduit.
Some slight reduction that blew away quite quickly. Energetic. Easy drinking but with some nice complexity. Barely a tannin detected. Fresh red fruit – wild strawberry and cherry. It started off with a subtle herbal note sort of like mint or eucalyptus but by the end I was getting more candied fruits.
Fun bottle. Really enjoyed it!
