Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finalized their divorce in December 2024, but the fight over their French winery is very much alive. Jolie sold her half to the Stoli billionaire’s wine arm in 2021 for $64 million; Pitt sued in 2022, saying they had agreed neither would sell without the other’s consent. In June 2026 a court ordered Stoli executives deposed in London, and a California appeals court ruled the billionaire himself can be sued. Trial is expected in 2027. Pitt’s claims are allegations in a pending civil lawsuit; no court has decided who is right about the sale.
