Some great bakeries & cafés in Northern Ireland – there's an amazing little bakery in Whiteabbey, their stout wheaten bread is superb. There's one in Belfast city centre called Bakari, & Established café does the best coffee I've had, & the rhubarb cheesecake slice is top tier 🖖🏻

Utopie is good but the black sesame pain au chocolat at petite ile boulangerie might be the best pastry in Paris
looks good but activated charcoal can absorb some medications and make them ineffective, so beware
