
Heading to San Ho Won in SF for a birthday in a couple of days and was wondering what to bring for corkage. We're doing the house menu (https://www.sanhowon.com/menu). I have access to both K&L and Kermit Lynch. I was thinking of maybe picking up this Maillart (https://kermitlynch.com/wine/nicolas-maillart/1924/NM14) that has a bit of residual sugar but no dosage. I'm open to any other suggestions and I'm always partial to opening a bottle of Riesling but I'm not sure how it holds up here.
