I am betting that being so close to the water that the temperature was more welcoming. That seafood looked really fresh.
When my sister and I were little we would take a fully bloomed hollyhock and a bud, turn the bloomed one down and stick the bud on top and they looked like dancing ladies. What a fun memory.

I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'd love to know the prices of the different foods and pastries you enjoy? You gave the price of the toll, but, being a gourmand, food prices are so much more important 🥰 I did see some of the prices on the menu of the Japanese restaurant, and wow, that sushi looks so great, even better than anything we've enjoyed here in Korea!! And I do love those wasabi snacks, used to get those from a Japanese store in Sacramento.
