Place a big picture of a lion or a dog, then paint it

I went round and round with my big TV wall and decided to leave it as is. My wall is equally as awkward – 18′ ceilings with the cathedral window (the little table to the right is there temporarily- kitchen remodel)
Leave it alone. There’s no reason to decorate that high above eye level, especially since the adjacent area above the mantel is already visually busy. The main focus here is the TV.

If you can change the tv direction so that you can actually do something with the walls without limitations, that would be great.
The furniture below the tv is small and floating which makes the wall seem even taller and emptier. If you can I would buy a type of chunkier furniture or something that goes all the way down that would make a big change.
Also you can add a tree in the side, and a type of chandelier (light that falls down) https://youtu.be/fGAJeeC7Eh8?si=RrOTOxYjGlctxTcQ second 13
I would dream about tall ceilings. This is great. Think of it as an outfit, layers and accessories change everything.

Not sure if this is helpful but this woman on TikTok made a video about solving “problem” TV walls and she suggests adding a big statement light fixture and other decorative pieces of varying heights on the floor level to ground the eye, so that the blank space is less noticeable:
