✨French Onion Beef Potato Casserole✨
1. Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, Drain grease. Season however you would like I used onion and herb seasoning.
2. Add 26 oz frozen shredded hash browns to a large bowl with 1 can of cream of chicken, a 16 ounce container of French onion dip, 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, and then your meat. Mix well.
3. Add to a 9×13 pan then top with French fried onions.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for for 50 minutes covered then uncover for an additional 15 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
