  1. Josie the white Reiss dress was perfection! Normandy looks so beautiful, I’ll definitely put it on my list of places to go x

  2. Can any READER advise me where Josie has got her necklace from please. ? Featured in other videos but never in descriptions? MANY thanks

  3. Hi Josie, I love your content, always so inspiring! I know you're a fan of Italian food, so I hope it helps to know that the proper way to pronounce bruschetta is bruskétta. You can pronounce it however you like, Italians will understand, you know! Big hugs from the Italian countryside!💌

  4. I've been watching your videos for almost a decade, and when I saw what happened, I honestly couldn't stop thinking about you all week. I even talked about it with my family, who know how long I've been following your channel, and I told my 4-year-old daughter too. We often watch your vlogs together because she absolutely loves your garden. We were all so relieved to hear that nobody was home and that everyone is safe. Sending you so much love, support, and warm thoughts from our family to yours. 💛

  5. 23.07 Josie it would be more honest to let yr viewers know charlie is a recovering alchoholic and this is the sole reason you two need to isolate yourselves from the alcho driven party revelling into the small hours. It is a shame you have to take yourself away from the fun and normal revelry becuase your husband is a recovering alchohic and be ‘tucked away’ from the real world, also no mention of children, babies families mothers fathers… just people partying getting lashed , not responsible for next generation. And your hours you keep are tailored to avoid the reality of the drinking world at a party event. We do not see you here as a couple, just him wandering about in pumped up muscles and boxer shorts, no hand holding laughter and smiles together, fauna nd jokes, affection a kiss a hug, and hand holding… absolutely nothing not even a word… and then no people, its getting very kafkaesque… is the wall you are building to keep us out, or to keep you in… all so strange.. no animals no sounds of nature, no culture in the church or natives singing National dress, cooking local food… ,,, just one long advert pushing stuff most viewers cant afford… sad really…

  6. Never seen you so vague, lost, alone, waffling, constantly gasping, broken sentences not making sense, showing us stuff out of boxes… vacuous, not even the dogs… at the end… youre such a genuine beautiful soul… hope all be ok..

  7. Got to the end, thoroughly enjoyed this vlog. As a vegetarian, all vegetables are all delightfully my fav! My heart is saddened over your home invasion and pray that you remain safe, secured and protected to never relive that horrific experience. You are an adorable couple, wishing you both all the best and sending you love from across the Atlantic!

  8. Walt Disney was American! Tho Irish-Canadian father and German-American mother.

Provence wasn't the inspiration for Beauty and the Beats cartoon:

  9. I always enjoy your videos. I love travelling and seeing places I've never been to before, and Normandy looked lovely.
What I really enjoy is the cosy ambiance you capture in your videos. The gardening, the little details, the sensory experiences, the atmosphere… driving onto the ferry with a pick-and-mix felt like the perfect ending to the trip! 😊
And coming home to your beautiful house afterwards must have felt so welcoming.

  10. This video felt good for the soul! Loved travelling virtually with you to Normandy. A proud Canadian when I hear about yesteryear and the war and our countries contributions. Also that PR unboxing was divine! 🍅

  11. Thanks for the Le Shuttle tip Josie I’ve just amended our booking and hopefully get a smoother crossing on Monday 🤞

  12. Beautiful chateau, Josie! Thank you for showing us a little of the interior- but who are the dirty-Gerties who left their bedding all crumpled up? 😮 A wee bit disrespectful I think. Anyway, you looked fabulous as ever … forward to watching part 2! x
