Chef Stefan Ondrus, Owner and Executive Chef of St. Eve’s Restaurant, transformed freshly harvested fruits and vegetables from the Ho-Ho-Kus Community Garden into six thoughtfully crafted courses, showcasing the beauty of seasonal ingredients at their peak.
With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Stefan has trained in Classic French cuisine and worked in renowned fine dining kitchens, including One if by Land, Two if by Sea in New York City, the BLT Restaurant Group, and René Pujol. Today, he brings his passion for farm-to-table dining, Modern American cuisine, and seasonal cooking to St. Eve’s Restaurant, one of Bergen County’s premier BYOB fine dining destinations.
