Milk (for soaking)

For the Pastry Cream:
700 ml Milk (divided into 600 ml and 100 ml)
2 Egg yolks
3 tablespoons Sugar
Juice of 1 Freshly squeezed lemon
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
50g Butter cubes
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
100g White chocolate, chopped

For Garnish (Optional):
Shredded coconut
Fresh mint leaves

  1. Wouldn’t work out at all because if you don’t add a little bit of the hot milk into the mixture to temper it then you will scramble your eggs
