Lunch at BEIGE Alain Ducasse Tokyo — the restaurant born from a collaboration between
chef Alain Ducasse and CHANEL, perched on the top floor of the CHANEL flagship building
in Ginza. French haute cuisine with a wide-open Tokyo skyline. (The name “Beige” is
CHANEL’s signature shade — said to be Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel’s favourite colour.)

The meal: bread and an amuse, a fish course finished tableside, a braised main with the
sauce poured at the table, and the finale — the “Carré Chanel” chocolate dessert created
with CHANEL, crowned with a camellia, the House’s emblem. Slow, elegant, with the view.
