During my recent visit to Chateau Laffitte Carcasset in Saint Estephe. Not only did I get the chance to taste my way through 9 different vintages of their wines from 2016 through to 2023, but i also had the chance to visit and explore their newly renovated (in 2020) cellars. Designed by French architect Olivier Chadebost the cellars combine high technological standards with aesthetic elegance, featuring an innovative mix of upright and inverted conical stainless-steel and concrete fermenting vats
