Today, I want to show you one of the most famous French steak dishes: Steak Au Poivre 🇫🇷🥩

For this recipe, I chose a Tomahawk Steak and cooked it to a perfect medium doneness. Alongside the steak, I prepared the classic Au Poivre sauce, a rich and flavorful French pepper sauce that pairs beautifully with the meat.

As a side dish, I made a vegetable potato cake using potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini, creating a delicious combination inspired by French restaurant cuisine.
