Even just 'regular' frozen fries work but i dl it the other way round, first i bake them untill they're as good as done, then lift the basket so that the oil can come back up to temp. @Dutchshadow93 2 months ago I always double fry them. Even just 'regular' frozen fries work but i dl it the other way round, first i bake them untill they're as good as done, then lift the basket so that the oil can come back up to temp. Then back in for a good minute or so
