Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity, and medium sized bubbles. Dry on the palate with citrus, apples, pears, light earth, minerals, light yeast, spices, salt and light brioche. Long finish with limes and almonds. This is a delicious Sparkling Rosé from Carneros. Elegant and nicely balanced. Rich and fruit forward. Tangy and spicy. This Single Vineyard sparkling Pinot Noir is already very approachable, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. I’ve had the 2022 vintage a couple of years ago, and it showed differently, but just as delicious. Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold. Good by itself or with food. 100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 8 months. A small production of only 1,500 bottles. 13% alcohol by volume. 92 points. $55.
