thoughts on turning this into a dining nook or what to do with my dining room space? definitely want layered lighting i don’t like overhead lighting. if i turn it into a dining nook it would prob jus be one bench cos i dont wanna spend a lot. i want it to look cute and cozy and have nice warm lighting. it also has no windows. i was thinking of putting some art on the wall. if its a dining nook i dont know what to do with the extra space to the left. if i leave it like this, others suggested wall sconces. if i do a dining nook would like to know what lighting you suggest and how to make the space feel put together. or if this layout is better. im also renting and want to keep the 2 chairs and table. also need help on how to incorporate an accent color into the space either thru the picture frame or the art and somewhere else
pls help!!! open to suggestions!!
