Ingredients:
• 3 slices of Toast Bread (approx. 28g per slice)
• 60g Egg Whites
• 15ml Milk (any kind)
• Few drops of Vanilla Extract
• Cinnamon & 0 Calorie Sweetener (to taste)
• Toppings: Low-fat high protein Greek Yogurt, Fresh Strawberries, and a drizzle of Honey or Maple Syrup.
Instructions:
1 In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
2 Dip each slice of bread into the mixture until fully coated.
3 Fry on a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side (until golden brown).
4 Plate them up, spread the Greek yogurt between layers or on top, add your berries, and drizzle with syrup!
