  1. Ladies! 😂😂😂 Once your egg whites deflated you needed to do them again. It’s the foundation of the soufflé and popping anything in and out of the oven decreases the temperature of the oven so it needs to build back up, it also decreases the temperature of your food and when you are doing something as delicate and temperamental as a soufflé it really matters. There used to be an old joke about not shutting doors hard or even sneezing in the kitchen or the soufflé would fall. I hope you try it again with great success!

  2. Julia would have been proud, her whole show was dedicated to reteaching people how to cook at home after the 50's made everyone forget and use packaged foods only

  3. I thought you were going to say:

"His Royal Highness, Christopher Rupert, Windemere, Vladimir, Carl Alexander, François, Reginald, Lancelot, Herman-
    Herman?
-Herman! Gregory James… is giving a ball!"

    😂😂😂😂😊

  4. Good job! Julia would be proud. Also add aluminum foil to bottom of your oven and switch it out weekly . Helps catch grease and other gunk so you don’t have to scrub that area as much and your oven won’t smoke.
