🍠 Ingredients:

• Sweet potato – 300 g
• Corn flour – 15 g (optional ) ( I did not add)
• Rice flour – 30 g
• Oil – 15 ml
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Paprika/chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

👩‍🍳 Procedure:

Cut sweet potato into thin fries.
Soak in cold water for 20–30 mins.
Dry completely using cloth/tissue.
Add corn flour, rice flour, spices & oil.
Mix well till coated evenly.
Air fry at 180°C for 10 mins.
Shake basket and air fry another 6–8 mins.
Last 2 mins at 200°C for extra crispiness ❤️
Serve hot 😍🍟
