Instructions 1. Slice the brioche into 2 thick pieces, about 3 cm / 1.2 inch each. 2. Whisk together all ingredients for the custard mixture. 3. Dip each slice into the mixture: * about 10 seconds on the first side * about 10 seconds on the second side 4. Let the bread rest for 20–30 seconds so it can absorb the custard. 5. Cook over medium-low heat: * about 3–4 minutes on the first side * 2–3 minutes on the second side
