Considering purchasing this property. Will get inspections but curious on initial thoughts from this community. Can’t tell if this floor is hardwood or subfloor. Also concerned about the wires from the outlets and the dark spots on the wall. Knob and tube? Mold? Also what is with different material near the ceiling fans? I think it’s just the electrician putting a ceiling fan and not matching it to the rest of the house but not sure. Thoughts? Anything I’m missing? Built in 1877.
