Original tile is the beige, not a huge fan of the color so I had the peel and stick brick up for about a year. I didn’t love the repeating pattern of the brick, and wanted a pop of color so I got the red tile! Problem is I ran out before covering the whole area… does this look somewhat on purpose?? Or does it look unfinished?

This is a cool way to customize! I like it. Yes I would personally want to fill out the whole surface.
I’m a fan of the first image, the red tiles. It would look much better if was fully done with those tiles.
It doesn’t look horrible… but it would look so good if you finished it!
It looks good and intentional, I don’t think you have to do more if you don’t want to. but I agree it would be even better finished. I like it much better than the brick.
