This is my bedroom, it’s extremely ugly and I hate it 🤣 I want to move things around but have no idea where to put everything. The cat tree wasn’t initially supposed to go in the bedroom, but it was a big bigger than what we were expecting so doesn’t fit in the living room. Please help! Any advice is appreciated!

A few things to do:
– give your bed some TLC: new bedding (not grey, it makes your room so sad!), a couple of decorative cushions, a throw, introduce some colours! Your bed is the centre piece in your room, make it more inviting.
– add a big rug, it’ll look fine over your carpet.
– change your ceiling light, buy something to soften the vibe, something woody (rattan for example) and big. The currant shade is way too small. Make sure to go for a yellow light bulb and not sterile white.
– pick a nice big wall art you like the look off and hang it over the bed (at eye level, so not too high).
Those are a few things you can do that won’t cost the earth but will make a hell of a difference. Ah and perhaps another source of light (a floor lamp?) and some plants of course!
I think you need some warmer colors in here to cozy things up! Here’s an example of some colors that are still neutral but warm that work well with the white bed frame. Once you figure your colors, I’d also change out your curtains to full length (no grommets).
