What kind of lamp post do I need to buy for this lamp shade?

It doesn’t fit my standard IKEA desk lamp post and now I’m discouraged 🙁 I looked it up and it seems to be only for lights that hang from the ceilings like in restaurants (?). Any one have any ideas on how to use this like a regular desk lamp?
