I thought this was gonna be super colorful. Maybe everything’s too dark? Idk. I’m not changing the wall color cause it’s all done. I’ve only started the cabinets and the frames. Idk the purple is what’s getting me I think. What do you think?

I’m only saying this because you asked but this is giving me 90s kindergarten classroom vibes or some sort of Treehouse channel show from the same era.
Do I? No. I like the blue walls but that’s about it. The combo reads too elementary school aged.
Mustard yellow would go better with the blue. Get rid of the purple.

I personally would find it a bit overstimulating and would go with a paler version of the same blue as the walls.
they are pretty colors but a bit irritating to the eyes due to the brightness/boldness of the colors
You should have a light and a dark or a bright and a muted/dull. You can look at color palettes on Pinterest to help dial in the shades and tones of a colorful palette

However, what does it matter what any of us think? You like it, rock it.
Are you in an art house type town like Santa Fe? I feel like if you are in an art town or an area with whimsey this could work.

The yellow just feels way to bright with the dark purple.

Yeah, not really a fan. Colors are too saturated. You can keep the yellow but make it more of a mustard color. But the purple won’t work with the teal I think. Maybe swap the purple for a pale pink or a cool minty green?

This will feel very funhouse vibey…keep it if that’s what you want or trash it if it’s not but honestly any 3rd colour will be hard to add to that saturated purple and blue already there and not make it look like a kids play kitchen

It’s reminding me of Nickelodeon’s Rugrats for some reason. I think those colors can look great if some more natural elements were highlighted like wood or brick to break it up and then maybe pops of color elsewhere?

Purple and yellow work well if you like maximalism, I‘d replace the wall color. Either go full in and get something that’s set apart from the other two or something more neutral.
I’m not in love with it. The purple is throwing me off for sure. I want lots of colors. But I want them to be easy to look at and these aren’t easy.
I love it. I’m all for color and think this looks lovely. Personally I think the blue should be darker as now it does seem cartoonist, but it could be lighting as well.
Add some green trim to those cabinets and you’ve got Mardi Gras year round. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing.
I like the yellow and blue! I honestly thought the purple was painters tape until I looked more closely. Maybe if just that was changed, things would fit together better?

The teal /aqua is fine. Paint the cabinets all one color. Not that shade of yellow if you want yellow.
