Who doesn’t love hot wings? Hot wings of all types, Asian, barbecue, Char broiled, grilled, deep fried wings. Flats drums no matter where you’re coming from, no matter what walk of life everyone loves a good chicken wing, or at least they should. These wings were inspired by a sauce that I encountered when I was in south Florida, and I had never cooked with guava paste before. And now I am obsessed. These wings are sticky, they are sweet. They are savory, they’re spicy.
