Crispy French Fries Recipe

🧾 Ingredients:

3–4 large potatoes
Salt (to taste)
Oil (for frying)
2 tbsp cornflour (optional, for extra crispiness)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cut the potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into long thin strips (fries shape).
Soak in water
Put the fries in cold water for 20–30 minutes (removes starch).
Dry properly
Take them out and dry completely using a cloth or tissue.
First fry (low heat)
Heat oil on medium flame → fry the potatoes for 3–4 minutes (don’t brown them).
Remove and let them cool.
Second fry (high heat)
Fry again on high flame until golden and crispy.
Add flavor
Sprinkle salt (and cornflour before frying if you want extra crispiness).😋

Ready to Serve!

Your crispy, golden French fries are ready! Serve with ketchup or mayo 🍅
