@atelierdelacrepe in saint malo is the international school of crêpe making. it was such a special experience for me. the school was started in 2011 by @bertrandlarcher the founder of @breizhcafe_fr to keep the breton food tradition alive. learning step by step how to make real crêpes and galettes with teachers who truly love what they do
in brittany, crêpes and cider have always gone together. for generations, families and friends have sat around the table sharing buckwheat galettes with a glass of cider. i’ve experienced this many times myself from all the times i’ve visited and i love this simple tradition that carries the taste and history of the region
