Today’s immunity challenge is all about the fry, as contestants face a two-round cook using two very different techniques.
In Round One, they must create a standout dish using an air fryer in just 45 minutes. The top three cooks will then advance to Round Two, where they must switch to a deep fryer and deliver a dish packed with flavour and crunch.
With immunity on the line and crispy perfection the goal, the contestants push their skills to the limit in a challenge where texture is everything.

I got my air fryer out of self-defense … I live alone, and tended to get side-tracked after putting a dish in the oven, and forgetting about it … As I am rather loathe to burn the house down, I got an air fryer, and have to admit it is one of my better choices in life!! 😂
