This was Easily the best dinner I’ve had in the U.S but also the most expensive!

I had the pleasure of eating at OMO by Jont which is a Michelin-starred Japanese x French restaurant by Chef Ryan Ratino. “ÔMO” is short for omotenashi, a Japanese concept meaning to wholeheartedly look after guests, focusing on warm hospitality. We chose the Jaunt” Course, which was around $400.00 for a 13-course Omakase.
