Deep golden color. Nose of honeyed lemons, ripe peach, candied ginger, orange marmalade, and classic petrol with a hint of chamomile and almond.
Rich and sweet on the palate, but still lifted by solid acidity. Pretty much confirms the nose. Lusciously ripe peach, candied lemons, ripe pineapple, and a touch of caramelized apple. Lush texture without being cloying.
Long, balanced finish with lingering citrus oil and slate minerality. Drinking beautifully right now, and should continue to age beautifully!
