Got a few of these from the LB marathon and I’m glad that I did. Great with some fresh local oysters.
Nose- lemon, slate, flint, floral
palate- lemon cake, minerality, salinity, one person noticed some astringency, but it wasn’t something I picked up on
Finish- lemony cleansing, with faint birthday cake lingering in a pleasant way. I know how crazy that sounds but instead of breadiness there was this cake-like quality all the way through.
