  1. At last someone who konws that a charcuterie board is for… charcuterie! Will you make a charcuterie board to show that charcuterie is much more than a few slices of salami and ham?

    Your cheese board could easily become a light dinner with a good salad on the side.

  2. As a french, I've never seen butter, charcuterie or cornichons on a cheese board. And it's totally false that we don't have flavored cheeses, it is very common to have cheeses covered in flowers so that their perfume infuses in the cheese, or washed in some liquor, or that have nuts or aromatics like cumin seeds in the cheese itself, or some truffle in the cheese, etc. You can see this at least around Paris, Rouen and Lyon, where I've lived.
