  3. Very nice! I'll remember this! What I discovered by mistake after screwing up hollandaise sauce. It was too thin. But adding a bit more lemon juice, prepared whole black mustard (soak in vinegar water then boil for a few minutes), dill, and very fine cut shallots make the nicest fish sauce

  4. Is there a way to make white gravy? In the South we make with gravy and pour on biscuits. Especially as a breakfast gravy. I need to special order the mix to make the biscuits. I have recently found I cannot eat gluten so I need gluten-free.
