By swapping the simple syrup for a vibrant, spiced Sorrel (hibiscus) reduction, we’ve turned this bubbly classic into a tropical powerhouse. It’s tart, it’s floral, and that deep red hue is unmatched.

• 1 oz White Rum
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Sorrel Syrup
• Top with Dry Sparkling Wine
