Seven contestants face a monumental two-round challenge with a place in the Top 6 on the line.
In Round One, they must create a French-inspired dessert in just 60 minutes, with one standout dish securing a huge advantage. In Round Two, the remaining cooks are paired into teams to build an extraordinary Careme-inspired centrepiece.
With guidance from Adriano Zumbo and hours of preparation ahead, the contestants push their creativity and precision to the limit in one of the most ambitious dessert challenges of the competition.
