  1. Marie – Each meal looks so lavish & yummy. How do you come up with your menu each time & how much prep time do you need?.

  2. Great tour! Beautiful rooms indeed. About the marisc Marie showed us the real name of they are crayfish (cigala). Cheers!

  3. I remember you building an apartment for Natie. What happened to that area? I’d like to see the apartments for Jerry and your mother. Does Nick and Mari still have a apartment? Where do the ladies stay. I’m just so curious.

  4. Not sure how you square having 6 B&B rooms available plus a gite (the Tack Room), when the regs for B&B establishments in France stipulate max of 5 bedrooms. Or do you operate with a different interpretation of the rules? I’ve friends who operate a similar set up, with a mix of B&B and gites, and they there’s a very clear line between the two, they offer table d’hote dinner to B&B guests, but may not do the same for guests staying in the gites.

  5. Nice update! Thank you for the beautiful video of the beautiful spaces. So much to be proud of!
And thank you to all of the patrons who continue making it all possible.

  6. Lovely! But I always wonder why Marie dons'nt have her own apartment? Maybe the Tack Room? She deserves her iwn Big Space!

  7. Lovely video. However, I think the placement of the library in Natti’s office is a huge mistake. If you can even get five of those bookcases into that room between the windows and fireplace, etc., you would be very very lucky. You need a room that doesn’t have many windows or doors. I urge you to think instead of Natti’s office, about Natti’s apartment. Where the steps would be to the upper level, you could even have bookcases back to back and arrange something to compensate for the difference in height. You could also put a Murphy bed in there and use it for family. That room is mostly finished. Pop in the bathroom. Forget about a kitchenette. Get the façade plan approved. And then it’s just floor covering, electricals and bookcases. It would be nice to see the library as intended all in one place. And the library could be done in the next two years because it would not be that expensive.

  8. Stephanie – your the best and the perfect speaker and authority for the Chateau! Appreciate Ben, Chris, Pavlina , Nati, Your entire garden and landscaping team, Mommy, Percy and Jerry — and special appearances by Galahad! Adore the Kitchen conversations and cooking segments! Phillip is an odd duck — and probably NOT the best on camera personality. LOVE LaLande and Stephanie's Travel posts!!! ♥

  9. In the off season, do you ever spend a night sleeping in these beautiful rooms just to enjoy them?

  10. So lovely to see all of the rooms in one video again. With you wearing that yellow dress, I had to do a double-take as it looked just like one of the original 2020 tours!

There seem to be so many projects in the pipeline, would love to hear what all of those are and which ones will be tackled next. Curious about the changing of the facade timeline, too!

  11. Thank you for the tour, Stephanie! It was lovely to see and my, how skilled you are in decorating and sewing! Looking forward to staying with you and also view our chapel stars ⭐️⭐️😍💛

  12. I'm sorry to admit my feelings about the winter salon, and it's not the first time… it makes me dizzy, it's TOO busy.. there is nothing about this room that say 18th century Chateau.. and wtf is up with Philips jeans???

  13. My two cents is that you should leave the dining room set up like it is and call it the breakfast room once you finish the formal dining room 😊
