🛒 Ingredients
• 1 yellow onion
• 2 carrots
• 150 g smoked bacon
• 250 g lentils
• 600 g water
• 1 beef stock cube
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 4-8 sausages
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 pinches pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• 120-150 g spinach (optinal)
• Fresh coriander

🍲 Instructions
1. Add onion → mix 10 sec / speed 5 → scrape sides.
2. Add carrots + bacon → cook 5 min / 100°C.
3. Add lentils, water, stock cube, mustard, sausages, salt, pepper & bay leaf
→ cook 45 min / 100°C / Speed 1 then add the spinach in the last 2-3 minutes, if using.
4. Transfer to a serving dish.
5. Top with fresh parsley or coriander. Serve hot with rice.
