This is one of the bluest cheeses you’ll ever see 🧀

It’s a Brazilian-style blue cheese, meaning you’d have to visit Brazil to try it.

To achieve its deep blue appearance, the cheese is wrapped in a non-toxic film during the aging process. After about 30 days of maturation, it develops a very soft and creamy texture.

It’s also much more affordable compared to traditional French varieties like Roquefort Cheese. That’s mainly because French blue cheeses are aged for a much longer time, which increases their cost.

Because of this extended aging, one kilogram of high-end French blue cheese can cost anywhere between $120 to $180.

  1. It is a bit disappointing if you expect inside to be like Danish Blue or Stilton. The proof will be in the taste of this product and French Blue.
