This quick and easy French Onion Dip is insanely good and has 20 grams of protein per serving – it takes 5 minutes to make and it’s perfect served with chips, crackers or veggies! 🧅🥔
Macros per serving: 152 cals/20g protein/10g carbs/1g fat
Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
– ½ tsp each paprika, garlic powder and freshly cracked black pepper
– 2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
– ½ tsp MSG, optional (or salt, to taste)
– ½ tsp powdered beef broth, optional
– ⅓ cup/100g 2% cottage cheese
– 1 cup/250g fat free Greek yogurt
Instructions
In a food processor or using an immersion blender, combine all the spices and the cottage cheese; blend until smooth
Stir in the Greek yogurt (don’t blend it with the other ingredients or the dip will be too thin)
Season with additional salt to taste
Serve with chips, crackers or veggies of choice
