    Step-by-step recipe

    Step 1: Prepare the dough
    1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
    2. Add flour, salt, and butter.
    3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft.
    4. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

    Step 2: Make the filling

    Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee into a spreadable paste.

    Step 3: Shape the rolls
