🇫🇷 Jambon & Fromage Sandwich 🇫🇷
Ingredients ✨
5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp minced basil
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 small garlic clove, grated
2 cups baby arugula
1/2 lemon, juice
salt and pepper, to taste
1 French baguette, cut into four equal pieces and sliced in half horizontally
8 oz prosciutto di parma
8 oz creamy brie, thinly sliced (room temperature)
Instructions ✨
Add the butter, basil, parsley, and garlic to a small bowl and mix to combine.
Add the arugula to another bowl and toss with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the butter on the inside of all pieces of the baguette. Top with 3 slices of brie and season with some fresh cracked pepper. Top with the prosciutto and then a handful of arugula.
Cover with the remaining half of the baguette. Enjoy now or wrap in parchment paper to enjoy later.
